Northwest regional forecast

The Northwest Regional Forecast is our look at Northwest electric power loads and resources. This report is the sum of the utilities' loads and resources and provides one perspective on the region's need for power.  The information in this report has become very topical with intensified focus from decision makers on electric utilities’ power supply, renewable generation and CO2 emissions.
